Remote Full-Cycle Recruiter (Healthcare)

About the role

ClearDesk is looking for a remote full‑cycle recruiter to connect skilled healthcare professionals with U.S. healthcare clients. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring each placement supports quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews using HelloHire or similar tools.
• Leverage CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics (application rates, interviews, time‑to‑hire) and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Comfort working remotely in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet hiring targets.
