Regulatory Information Administrator – APAC

About the role

The Regulatory Information Administrator supports the APAC MedTech Regulatory Affairs team by managing data in the MDRiM system, ensuring high‑quality, transparent, and efficient regulatory information across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and complete regulatory impact assessments in MDRiM, maintaining license information.
• Extract required information from various sources, conduct analyses, and create trackers and databases.
• Coordinate with APAC markets to ensure accurate data representation and maintain local/regional strategies in MDRiM.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives and support RA forecast and execution planning.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Sales or Marketing.
• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in medical device, surgical or healthcare industry.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work in cross‑functional teams and handle multiple stakeholders.
• Discipline, sense of urgency and commitment to data integrity and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CSV files.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI experience.
• Understanding of relational database management systems.
• Effective English communication.
