Registered Nurse – MTM Clinical Admin (USRN)

About the role

Optum is seeking a US‑registered nurse to join its Medication Therapy Management (MTM) team in Davao. You will work directly with patients, pharmacists and providers to improve medication safety and health outcomes through comprehensive medication reviews and education.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medication reviews and identify care gaps for patients with multiple chronic conditions.
• Educate patients on safe and effective medication use.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately in MTM platforms.
• Coordinate care with pharmacists, physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Support adherence and quality initiatives and ensure compliance with MTM and CMS standards.
• Manage patient outreach, scheduling and follow‑up activities.
• Perform administrative tasks within MTM systems to maintain smooth clinical operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active USRN (mainland) and PHRN license.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience, preferably in ICU, MS, ER or General Medicine.
• Experience caring for patients with multiple diseases and high medication spend.
• Strong knowledge of drug indications and ability to think quickly during patient interactions.
