Recruitment Officer

About the role

At Davao Doctors Hospital we are seeking a Recruitment Officer to lead the attraction, engagement and hiring of top talent that will support our mission of delivering excellent healthcare services. The role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys fast‑paced environments and innovative recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and select candidates for a variety of positions across the hospital.
• Develop and execute employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Manage multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or related HR functions.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical, organized and problem‑solving mindset.
• Passion for people, continuous improvement and delivering excellent service.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment systems, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
