Recruitment Lead – Talent Acquisition (NCR)

About the role

The Recruitment Lead will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for the bank’s National Capital Region (NCR) operations, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned accounts and locations, using social media, job boards and networking events.
• Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and external partners to support sourcing initiatives.
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience and cultural fit, administer assessment tools and provide hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, conduct HR interviews, and ensure fairness and consistency throughout the process.
• Partner with Business Unit Heads and HR Business Partners to align on role requirements and selection criteria.
• Ensure compliance with BSP regulations and internal audit standards, maintain accurate records in the ATS, and generate hiring metrics reports.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by communicating timely updates and feedback.
• Supervise HR officers, providing coaching and guidance during the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on interviewing and selection.
• Experience in banking recruitment and knowledge of regulatory hiring requirements is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate record management.
