Recruitment Lead

About the role

The Recruitment Lead will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for the site, ensuring that recruitment operations run smoothly and meet business demand. This role combines strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and team leadership to deliver quality hires on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment operations, ensuring standardized processes are applied consistently across the team.
• Analyze staffing data, prepare presentations for weekly meetings, MBRs, and recruitment analysis to align sourcing strategies with ramp‑up goals.
• Monitor recruitment financials, comparing actual costs to the budgeted Recruitment Budget Projection.
• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies such as job fairs, online sourcing, and employee referral programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with line‑of‑business leaders, procurement, external vendors, and finance to support demand management, third‑party sourcing, and expense tracking.
• Lead and coach the recruitment team, setting productivity targets, providing career development, and reinforcing desired competencies and values.
• Coordinate with US counterparts on technical and assessment vendor concerns.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Management, or Human Resources Management.
• 3‑5 years of recruitment experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Internal certification for behavior and skills assessment.
• Strong judgment, decision‑making, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup on a mid‑shift schedule.
