Recruitment Coordinator – RPO

About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator supports IBM Consulting’s talent acquisition teams by managing the end‑to‑end interview process, travel logistics, offer generation and onboarding activities. This administrative position ensures a smooth candidate experience and accurate data flow across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to schedule interviews and coordinate travel as needed.
• Post job requisitions and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep requisition statuses current.
• Generate and send offer letters and packages, and conduct welcome calls prior to start dates.
• Facilitate background investigations, monitor vendor activity and resolve any variances.
• Kick‑off, monitor and complete onboarding tasks, updating all relevant databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• At least 1 + year experience in recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in candidate selection processes.
• At least 6 months experience in Human Resources or staffing.
• Experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong organizational skills for interview coordination and travel arrangements.
• Ability to generate offer letters and manage onboarding documentation.
• Experience handling background checks and vendor communication.
