Recruitment Coordinator (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) operations. In this administrative role you will ensure a smooth interview and onboarding experience for candidates while collaborating with internal recruiters and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Contact applicants and hiring managers to schedule interviews and coordinate travel.
• Book interview resources and post job requisitions.
• Generate and send offer letters and packages.
• Facilitate background investigations and monitor vendor activity.
• Kick‑off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding activities.
• Update the applicant management database and communicate status notifications.
• Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records and manage requisition statuses.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required by management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration (screening, scheduling, onboarding, offers).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the candidate selection process.
• At least 6 months of experience in Human Resources or staffing.
• RPO experience is a plus.
• Exposure to team‑leadership principles and advanced HR knowledge is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
