Recruitment Consultant – 180 Role (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced 180 Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing Australian recruitment agency. This fully remote position supports Australian businesses across finance, industrial and health sectors, focusing on sourcing, screening and building strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage live vacancies for both contract and permanent roles.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.
• Engage candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with an Australian‑based recruitment team to meet KPI targets.
• Support fast‑moving recruitment campaigns across multiple industry sectors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a 180 recruitment role.
• Proven experience supporting Australian, UK or US recruitment agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple live roles in a KPI‑driven environment.
