Recruiting Manager APAC

About the role

As a Recruiting Manager for the APAC region, you will lead the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for Emma – The Sleep Company, a global D2C sleep brand. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent across multiple functions and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.
• Drive recruitment processes across diverse functions and geographies, delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments, providing structured hiring recommendations.
• Prepare and negotiate offers in collaboration with People Operations and business leaders.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, and networking events to source candidates.
• Provide market research, talent mapping, and advisory support to hiring managers on best practices and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in competitive markets.
• Strong partnership and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to track and analyse recruitment metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor.
