Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

High Scale is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its fast‑growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across creative, marketing, operations, technology, and leadership functions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every step.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews, assess qualifications, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Provide continuous communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, market insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and pipeline conversion.
• Identify and propose improvements to recruitment workflows and interview processes.
