Recruiter (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter specialized in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to support its talent acquisition efforts across multiple industries. You will act as the first point of contact for active candidates, convey IBM's employee value proposition, and help shape the hiring experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen candidate applications from various sourcing channels.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Post job requisitions on relevant job boards.
• Maintain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimisation.
• Participate in discovery meetings to define delivery expectations and sourcing strategies.
• Provide shortlists and status updates to hiring managers or Talent Acquisition Business Partners.
• Keep ATS/CRM data accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO or agency setting.
• At least 6 months of hands‑on experience with a web‑based applicant tracking system.
• Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.

Required skills

• Web‑based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency
