Recruiter (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter specialized in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to support its talent acquisition initiatives. You will act as the first point of contact for active candidates, convey the client’s employee value proposition, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and subject‑matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and manage interview logistics.
• Post job requisitions on various job boards and maintain accurate listings.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimisation within recruitment workflows.
• Participate in role discovery meetings to define delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates using defined criteria, conduct pre‑recorded or scripted interviews, and generate shortlists.
• Notify candidates of status updates through the ATS/CRM and keep all recruitment data current.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO, or agency environment.
• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience with a web‑based applicant tracking system.
• Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices for at least 6 months.

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency
