Recruiter (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter specialized in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to support its talent acquisition initiatives. You will act as the first point of contact for active candidates, convey IBM's employee value proposition, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Review, screen, and shortlist candidates from multiple sourcing channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Post job requisitions on various job boards and maintain accurate ATS/CRM records.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization within recruitment workflows.
• Participate in role discovery meetings to define delivery expectations and sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and talent acquisition partners.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO, or agency environment.
• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience with a web‑based applicant tracking system.
• Familiarity with functional recruitment best practices.
