Recruiter (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

DOXA is looking for a skilled Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment initiatives for Philippine candidates. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top talent to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed job descriptions aligned with hiring needs and client expectations.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment using Microsoft Dynamics ATS to automate tasks and track candidates.
• Post openings, source, pre‑screen, and conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate client interviews, schedule candidates, and ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain client relationships with regular updates on pipelines and recruitment progress.
• Draft and deliver clear employment offers, ensuring transparency on terms.
• Provide consistent communication and feedback to candidates throughout the process.
• Keep the candidate database in Dynamics ATS fully updated.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment and selection experience, preferably in BPO or fast‑growing environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with initiative to improve recruitment processes.
