Recruiter – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

DOXA is looking for a proactive Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for its Philippine operations. You will craft job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with clients to secure top talent for a fast‑growing outsourcing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed job descriptions aligned with client needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment using Microsoft Dynamics ATS.
• Post openings, source, pre‑screen, and interview candidates.
• Schedule and facilitate client interviews, ensuring smooth communication.
• Maintain regular updates with clients on pipeline progress.
• Prepare and deliver clear employment offers.
• Provide timely feedback and status updates to candidates.
• Keep the candidate database fully updated in Dynamics ATS.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or fast‑growing settings.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple processes.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on improving recruitment workflows.
