About the role

The Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end hiring for high‑volume and niche healthcare positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. The role ensures a smooth candidate journey while maintaining a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, databases and other channels.
• Conduct phone, video or in‑person interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience and fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations, Training, HR, Background Verification, Compensation & Benefits and other departments to move candidates through the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, interview results, offers and onboarding requirements.
• Ensure timely processing of job offers, background checks and pre‑employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, BPO or contact‑center environments.
• Experience handling high‑volume and niche/specialized hiring.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
