About the role
The Recruiter will meet new candidates frequently, assess their potential through insightful questioning, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects while meeting and exceeding quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Conduct interviews via phone or in‑person.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Effective communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- High energy, passion, and demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
