About the role

The Human Resources Director owns the entire people agenda, building a self‑sufficient HR function that sets standards, resolves issues and removes routine people matters from senior leadership’s focus. This senior position is accountable for the full talent lifecycle—from attracting and developing talent to performance management and retention—ensuring the organisation can operate today and scale for the future.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a recruitment capability that consistently attracts, selects and develops high‑quality talent across all levels.
• Establish governance, standards and decision‑making frameworks for employee relations to manage matters fairly and without routine escalation.
• Design and institutionalise a performance management system that embeds accountability throughout the organisation.
• Develop leadership capability and people systems that sustain culture, service standards and long‑term growth.
• Create a compensation philosophy and organisational structure that attracts, retains and develops high‑performing talent.
• Design and lead an HR function with scalable systems, workforce planning and operational excellence to support long‑term growth.
