Recruiter – High‑Volume Healthcare Hiring

About the role

The Recruiter will own end‑to‑end hiring for high‑volume and niche healthcare positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. The role ensures a smooth candidate journey from sourcing through onboarding while maintaining a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, databases and other channels.
• Conduct phone, video or in‑person interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations, Training, HR, Background Verification, Compensation & Benefits and other departments to move candidates through the hiring process.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, interview results, offers and onboarding requirements.
• Manage candidate follow‑ups, scheduling, document completion and pre‑employment requirements.
• Ensure timely processing of offers, background checks and recruitment documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, BPO or contact‑center environments.
• Proven experience handling high‑volume and specialized hiring.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
