About the role
The Recertification Specialist will support U.S. affordable housing operations by handling applications, renewals, compliance checks, and ensuring accurate documentation. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to critical housing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage recertification applications for affordable housing projects.
- Coordinate renewal cycles and ensure timely submissions.
- Monitor compliance with U.S. affordable housing regulations.
- Maintain precise and up‑to‑date documentation for all recertification activities.
Required profile
- Experience in recertification, compliance, or related administrative functions.
- Familiarity with affordable housing processes is preferred.
