About the role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Makati office. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in hospitality and facilities services, providing professional front‑desk support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist unit owners, guests, and visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Answer, direct, and manage incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms using the office’s booking system.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, record‑keeping, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and ensure all visitor logs are up to date.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate holding a BS in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
- Strong clerical abilities, including organizing and maintaining records.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Professional demeanor with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office software.
