Receptionist / Customer Experience Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Receptionist / Customer Experience Associate to join our restaurant team. The role involves greeting guests, managing their seating, handling phone inquiries and supporting the dining room staff to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile, escort them to their tables, present menus and introduce the serving staff.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and provide accurate information or assistance.
• Coordinate with dining‑room personnel to communicate guest needs and ensure timely service.
• Assist with setting and clearing tables, and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and resolve minor issues on the spot.
• Contribute to team goals by performing additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or college education preferred.
• Minimum height of 5'3".
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong listening, communication and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (e.g., using reservation or POS systems).
