About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Real Estate Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives for our real‑estate clients. This remote position supports lead generation and audience engagement across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for property listings and real‑estate services.
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with daily posts, community engagement, and audience building.
• Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design and launch paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data, and optimize strategies for better performance.
• Maintain and update real‑estate websites using SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead‑generation goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate marketing or social media management.
• Proven track record of growing social media audiences and creating engaging content.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
