Real Estate Manager – Rent Manager Software

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Real Estate Manager who will use Rent Manager software to oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties. The role focuses on tenant satisfaction, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and accurate financial reporting while working remotely on a night‑shift schedule (EST).

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned properties, ensuring maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Collect rent, enforce lease terms, and follow up on delinquencies using Rent Manager.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and generate financial reports through Rent Manager.
• Market vacant units, screen tenants, and handle lease agreements.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections to verify upkeep and compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for properties.
• Provide owners with updates on property performance and financial status.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Rent Collector.
• Strong knowledge of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Rent Manager software.
