Real Estate Client Services Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Client Services Manager to lead the delivery of virtual assistant services for our real‑estate clients. Working remotely, you will ensure that the performance of our virtual assistants aligns with client expectations and drives satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day performance of virtual assistants assigned to real‑estate clients.
• Monitor service quality metrics and address any gaps between client expectations and delivered outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to refine processes and improve client experience.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client services or account management, preferably within real‑estate or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently from a home office.
• Ability to analyze service data and drive continuous improvement.
