RCM Voice – Healthcare Revenue Management

About the role

We are looking for an RCM Voice professional to join our healthcare revenue management team in Muntinlupa. The role focuses on supporting patients and providers through the revenue cycle, ensuring accurate registration, verification and collection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient interactions and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Register patients, capture demographic information and maintain accurate records.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations from payers.
• Collect point‑of‑service payments and process POS transactions.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical call‑center, revenue cycle management, patient access or prior‑authorization environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, listen actively and handle sensitive information with empathy.
• Strong multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Understanding of insurance plans, RCM processes and medical terminology.
