Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its Pampanga team. You will be responsible for managing cost estimation, quantity take‑offs and progress tracking for civil and infrastructure projects, contributing to the company’s mission of building sustainable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with comprehensive quantity take‑offs based on project drawings.
• Manage and oversee the estimating process for civil works and related construction activities, ensuring consistency and completeness.
• Review and analyse all project drawings and documents to guarantee precise and reliable cost estimates aligned with design requirements.
• Prepare monthly production reports and progress quantities, ensuring accurate measurements and proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Proven experience on large‑scale infrastructure projects such as drainage systems, tunnels, bridges or buildings.

Required skills

• Cost estimation and budgeting.
• Quantity take‑off and BOQ preparation.
• Preparation of IPA/IPC documentation.
