Quality Systems Improvement Staff

About the role

The Quality Systems Improvement Staff member will drive compliance and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations in the electronics and semiconductor sector. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure processes meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all activities, procedures and processes comply with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 4500, IATF 16949, ISO 22301 and customer‑specific requirements.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean or Kaizen methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for all improvement projects and validate their effectiveness on the manufacturing line.
• Prepare reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Completed at least two years of college or a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing improvement within an electronics/semiconductor environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to supervise, manage conflicts and time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
