Quality Manager – Local Operating Company (LOC)

About the role

Haleon is seeking a motivated Quality Manager to lead the Local Operating Company (LOC) Quality function across a regional footprint. You will ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) meets regulatory and customer expectations while driving simplification, harmonisation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional LOC quality governance, risk management and performance.
• Monitor and assure the effectiveness of LOC quality processes.
• Lead quality projects and initiatives to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Own and implement regional LOC quality systems and processes.
• Oversee QMS implementation, standard harmonisation and serve as the regional QMS point of contact.
• Conduct audits, identify improvement areas and ensure corrective actions.
• Manage quality performance of third‑party service providers.
• Collaborate with supply chain, regulatory and other regional quality teams to share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing or consumer health environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk‑based thinking.
