Remote EOS Integrator / Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced EOS Integrator / Operations Manager to join a growing company in the fire protection services industry. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and be comfortable working closely with the COO and leadership team to turn business goals into clear, actionable execution.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the leadership team's vision and priorities into day‑to‑day execution.
• Keep different departments and team members aligned with company goals.
• Track priorities, deadlines, and commitments to ensure they are completed.
• Identify issues, bottlenecks, and obstacles and drive solutions.
• Hold team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
• Help establish and maintain clear processes and workflows.
• Monitor progress against company goals and priorities.
• Work closely with the COO and leadership team to improve operational efficiency.
• Use ClickUp to manage projects, tasks, priorities, and accountability.
• Ensure communication and follow‑through across departments.
• Help create structure and consistency as the company continues to grow.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
• Previous experience in an Integrator, Operations Manager, COO, or similar operational leadership role.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership or a business owner.
• Strong understanding of EOS principles, accountability, priorities, and issue‑solving.
• Hands‑on experience using ClickUp.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to take ownership and drive tasks through to completion.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
