Quality Control Officer

About the role

The Quality Control Officer will lead all warranty‑phase activities for housing projects, ensuring timely handovers, high quality standards, effective defect management, and client satisfaction. This role coordinates teams and oversees the final stages of construction to deliver successful project completions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise final inspections, punch‑listing, walkthroughs, and handoff/turnover processes.
• Manage post‑construction cleaning, training sessions, and post‑occupancy reviews.
• Conduct seasonal testing, maintain documentation, and oversee satisfaction surveys.
• Control budgets, monitor defects, and ensure compliance with relevant real‑estate regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve on‑time project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in property/subdivision management and real‑estate construction management.
• Deep understanding of property management, homeowners’ association formation, and customer management processes.
• Preferably a registered engineer (civil, mechanical, sanitary, plumbing, or electrical).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Philippine real‑estate policies, standards, and laws (Water Code, National Building Code, Fire Code, PD 957, BP 220, LGU, HLURB, BIR, DHSUD).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
