Quality Assurance Staff – Food Production

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Staff to join our food production team in Biñan City. The role involves ensuring that raw materials, in‑process items and finished products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control and quality assurance activities, including line inspection and laboratory analyses.
• Inspect incoming raw and packaging materials and conduct in‑line inspections from ingredient preparation to finished product.
• Carry out finished‑product analysis, testing, and batch‑testing prior to material usage.
• Conduct audits across all process areas and prepare detailed reports for each assigned task.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology.
• Strong understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP and SOP principles.
• Analytical and planning abilities with a willingness to work in a laboratory environment.
• Open to fresh graduates.
