Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist provides technical support for quality assurance and food safety through testing, auditing, documentation, and data analysis. You will work closely with the team to identify quality issues, analyse risk data, and facilitate knowledge transfer across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect finished products and raw materials to detect trends in defects and support complex trials under intermediate supervision.
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to new team members.
• Review hazard analysis, food safety and quality documentation.
• Assist in audits and shelf‑life projects by conducting tests, preparing reports and summarising findings.
• Manage customer complaints, implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer‑support issues, escalating higher‑complexity matters as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Licensed Chemist, Chemical Technician, Chemical Engineer, or Pharmacist.
• Willingness to be based in Pulilan, Malolos or Baliuag, Bulacan and work onsite.
• Availability for a six‑day work week.
