About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA efforts and ensure the highest product quality standards. The role involves developing strategies, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA strategies and processes aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Analyze testing data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare detailed quality metrics reports and present findings to management.
- Train and mentor QA team members on best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with QA software tools for test automation.
