QA Manager (Day Shift)

About the role

The QA Manager owns testing quality standards and drives the creation and continuous improvement of QA processes, procedures, guides and documentation. The role supports test teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes and ensures that QA standards are understood and applied across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement QA standards, processes, documentation and training programs.
• Evaluate, update and maintain defect‑tracking, test‑management and performance‑metrics tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Monitor QA metrics and KPIs, escalating concerns and recommending solutions.
• Lead annual QA policy reviews and support customer‑success activities such as team sizing, equipment and tool recommendations.
• Oversee key project test execution, review deliverables and align them with company and client standards.
• Mentor and support Test Leads, assist with onboarding and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align QA activities with overall company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to uphold high QA standards in complex projects.
• Strong understanding of QA management processes, documentation, metrics and KPIs.
• Experience in functionality, compliance and compatibility testing, preferably in game development.
• Excellent communication skills for client meetings, presentations and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Megatower office and adapt to night‑shift schedules.

Required skills

• JIRA (or similar test‑management/defect‑tracking tool).
• Data analysis for decision‑making and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
