Python Developer (Django)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our team and help build, maintain, and enhance web applications using Python and Django. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design scalable solutions and ensure high‑quality code delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise web applications built on Python and Django.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to design and implement scalable features.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems using system logs and code analysis.
• Create complex Django ORM queries for reports, data extracts, and integrations.
• Develop custom code that integrates with the core product to perform specialised actions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python web development.
• Strong ability to navigate and work with large relational databases (over 300 models).
• Analytical mindset with initiative and a solid understanding of data structures.
