Purchasing Staff – Procurement & Inventory Coordinator

About the role

The Purchasing Staff member will support the procurement process, manage inventory levels, and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments. This role is essential for maintaining stock availability and accurate purchasing records.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and obtain supplier quotations.
• Coordinate deliveries and track order status.
• Monitor inventory levels to guarantee material availability.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and documentation.
• Work with warehouse staff on receiving, storage, and issuance of items.
• Verify deliveries and ensure purchase order accuracy.
• Assist with inventory counting and reconciliation activities.
• Track incoming and outgoing warehouse transactions.
• Maintain proper filing of procurement and warehouse records.
• Collaborate with other departments on material requirements and deliveries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
