Purchasing Officer – Onsite Mid Shift

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a detail‑oriented Purchasing Officer to join its procurement team in Clark, Angeles, Pampanga. You will support end‑to‑end purchase order processing, supplier coordination, and inventory management on a mid‑shift, onsite schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase requisitions, obtain approvals, and manage full purchase order lifecycle.
• Maintain and update purchasing and inventory records in ERP systems such as NetSuite or WMS.
• Raise and track standard, special, and direct delivery purchase orders, confirming supplier acknowledgments.
• Expedite outstanding orders, resolve delivery delays, stock issues, and invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages or excess inventory, and support replenishment planning.
• Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and documentation while suggesting process improvements.

Required profile

• Previous professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or high‑level administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work both independently and in a team.
• Professional, reliable, and confidential handling of supplier and operational information.
