Psychiatrist (Remote Full‑Time)

About the role

REBEL is seeking a board‑certified Psychiatrist to deliver remote, full‑time psychiatric care to employees enrolled in its mental‑health programs. You will work virtually with individuals across the globe, providing comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and evidence‑based treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments via video conferencing.
• Diagnose mental‑health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications as appropriate.
• Collaborate with wellness coaches and other clinical professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the designated EMR system within 24 hours of each session.
• Provide required medical documentation (Fit‑to‑Work certificates, Leave‑of‑Absence forms, prescriptions) promptly.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of REBEL’s mental‑health initiatives.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Psychiatrist with a valid medical license.
• Experience delivering telepsychiatry services.
• Ability to manage a virtual schedule and adhere to session timing.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, and patient‑centered care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Familiarity with video‑conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom).
