Provider Enrollment Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Provider Enrollment Representative to join our call centre team in Metro Manila. The role involves handling provider enrollment inquiries and delivering excellent customer service, contributing to a positive global impact every day. You will work in a dynamic call centre environment, supporting healthcare providers across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Process provider enrollment requests and verify required documentation.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails from providers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in the enrollment system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely enrollment completion.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work 8‑hour shifts with fixed weekends off.
• Customer‑service oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in a call centre or customer service setting is preferred.
