Property Management Team Leader - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Property Management Operations Manager/Team Leader to oversee the daily activities of our remote property management team. This role will supervise virtual assistants across leasing, maintenance coordination, collections, and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations and high tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise leasing, collections, maintenance dispatching, and administrative activities.
• Respond promptly to rental inquiries and monitor lead conversion, applications, approvals, move‑ins, and occupancy levels.
• Post rental advertisements on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and others.
• Review guest cards, applications, collections reports, and vacancy reports.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completion.
• Provide daily performance coaching and supervision to team members.
• Identify operational problems and recommend solutions to improve occupancy and collections.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment, multifamily, or residential property management.
• Experience supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections personnel, and administrative staff.
• Strong understanding of leasing, rent collections, renewals, notices, delinquency follow‑up, work‑order management, and occupancy management.
• Experience managing virtual teams and remote employees.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English.
• Quiet home office with reliable internet (≥10 Mbps) and power backup.
