Property Management Team Leader – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Property Management Operations Manager/Team Leader to oversee the daily activities of our virtual property management team. The role will coordinate leasing, maintenance, collections and administrative tasks while ensuring high occupancy and excellent tenant service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise leasing, collections, maintenance dispatching and administrative functions.
• Respond promptly to rental inquiries and monitor lead conversion, applications, approvals, move‑ins and occupancy rates.
• Post rental advertisements on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow and others.
• Review guest cards, applications, collections and vacancy reports.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completion.
• Provide daily performance coaching and supervision to virtual assistants.
• Identify operational issues and recommend solutions to improve occupancy and collections.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in apartment, multifamily or residential property management.
• Proven experience supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections personnel and administrative staff.
• Experience managing virtual teams and working US business hours.
• Quiet home office with reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps) and power backup.
