Property Management Assistant

About the role

The Property Management Assistant supports the day‑to‑day operations of residential communities, acting as a liaison between homeowners, maintenance teams and the Property Management Manager. The role ensures smooth homeowner relations, timely maintenance, accurate billing and compliance with HOA and construction guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist homeowners with inquiries, service requests and distribution of billing statements.
• Process maintenance dues, construction bond payments and deposit collections accurately.
• Conduct regular inspections of security guards, model houses and common areas.
• Supervise maintenance personnel, assign daily tasks and monitor completion.
• Prepare and organise turnover documents, schedule punch‑list inspections and conduct homeowner orientations.
• Compile weekly Management Committee reports and maintain property management records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers and utility providers to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Office Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in property management, customer service or administrative functions (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of homeowners’ association guidelines and construction requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
