About the role
We are looking for a Property Assistant to support an Australian property portfolio. The role focuses on lease administration, invoice processing, compliance tracking and coordination with stakeholders, all performed remotely from the Philippines. You will ensure lease documents are accurately recorded, invoices are processed promptly, and compliance requirements are monitored to keep the portfolio running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage lease administration tasks for Australian properties, including data entry and document filing.
- Process and reconcile invoices related to property operations, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Track compliance requirements such as regulatory filings and lease obligations, updating records as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain effective communication.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Good communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
