Project Support Specialist – BPO Background Preferred

About the role

Inizio Medical is building a dedicated team of Project Support Specialists in the Philippines to support medical communications projects for pharmaceutical clients worldwide. You will collaborate with global teams across Inizio Medical, ApotheCom, Nucleus Global, and Ashfield MedComms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support across project planning and financial management, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Track budgets and keep financial information up to date.
• Coordinate project activities, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standards and processes.
• Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and documentation organization.
• Support audits, submissions, and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience working in a BPO, medical insurance, or a related organization, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
• A degree (any field).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking.
