About the role
We are seeking a proactive Project Supervisor to lead daily operations on construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure that project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met while coordinating with management and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project materials, construction progress, and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate daily site operations to keep the project on schedule.
- Supervise workers and subcontractors directly on‑site.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain communication with senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience supervising construction projects or similar site‑based activities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with workers, subcontractors, and management.
