QAQC Architect

About the role

The QAQC Architect ensures that all construction activities meet the required quality standards. You will be responsible for reviewing documentation, monitoring site work, and coordinating with subcontractors to maintain compliance with the project’s Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Review QAQC documents such as certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Attend QAQC meetings, seminars, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on methodologies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify alignment with the Quality Management System and perform mock‑up demonstrations for subcontractors.
• Issue NCRs and Quality Observation Reports (QORs) when work does not meet standards.
• Prepare and maintain logbooks for Work Inspection Requests (WIR), inspected areas, and weekly compliance reports.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance against quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate progress billing with the Archiwall plant engineer and assist in close‑out documentation.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; a degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and attend regular meetings.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining logs and reports.
