About the role
We are seeking a Project Supervisor to lead on‑site activities for construction projects. The role involves overseeing materials, progress, and workforce to ensure that each project meets its schedule, quality standards and safety requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project materials, track inventory and ensure timely delivery to the site.
- Monitor construction progress and manpower allocation to keep the project on schedule.
- Coordinate daily site operations, liaising with subcontractors and internal teams.
- Supervise workers and subcontractors, providing direction and resolving on‑site issues.
- Monitor project quality, safety and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports and communicate status updates to management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in supervising construction sites or similar projects.
- Ability to coordinate daily operations and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Effective reporting and communication skills with management.
