Project Manager – Urgent Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end company projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality. This urgent opening requires a proactive leader who can coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including Business, Technical, Operations, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance structures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of milestones and overall project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Provide regular status reports and executive‑level presentations.
• Oversee vendor coordination, sourcing, negotiation, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct project reviews, post‑implementation assessments, and CSAT evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and metrics.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of solid experience as a Project Manager handling end‑to‑end delivery.
• Strong experience managing cross‑functional and enterprise‑level projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
